A veteran creative executive with over 18 years experience in brand development, he brings deep home design and emerging product expertise to My Sourcebox. Prior to founding the company, he was Creative Director of Elements of Living magazine, conceiving and executing on a brand that profiled today's most influential architects, interior designers and design vendors. Previously, he packaged design books for publishers such as McGraw-Hill, Clarkson Potter and Watson Guptill. He has also worked extensively in strategic communications, specializing in defining high-tech products for technology companies. A graduate of Yale University, he began his career as a journalist.

A practicing New York architect, she is passionate about making great design accessible, and wrote the book, The Essence of Home: Timeless Elements of Design (Monacelli Press, 2007), for both professionals and homeowners. She is a principal in the firm Geiger Mason Design, where she designs residential and commerical spaces. Prior to founding her own firm, Geiger worked with a rich array of leading architects and designers, including Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Peter L. Gluck & Partners, Peter Marino and Turner Brooks.Geiger also has a special interest in glass, and was an apprentice to architectural glass designer James Carpenter, as well as a Fulbright Fellow.

Eric Lazarus brings over 20 years of experience in world-class software development, building best-of-breed search, indexing and data-warehousing solutions for a variety of public and private companies. He was a major contributor to the development of Pando, the file-sharing leader; created Atlantis, a CRM solution for retail giant Unilever; developed PriceDesk, an enterprise tool for supermarkets; and holds the patent for Webtier, a rapid prototyping tool for web development. A published author and nationally known speaker, he has a special interest in electronic voting, and co-wrote The Machinery of Democracy: Protecting Elections in an Electronic World (Academy Chicago Publishers, 2007). He is also working under a Stanford University / National Science Foundation grant to oversee the largest election threat model validation effort ever undertaken.

He had a major role in creating Liveguide, an application that allows site administrators to easily interact with visitors by live video and audio. Liveguide customers include Intel, IBM and SAS.
